notice concerning personal data protection.
Dear user, Lenn di Genualdo Ciro & C. s.a.s. wishes to inform you that the legislative decree n. 196 dated June 30th,
2003 (Personal data protection Law) concerns the care to people and other subjects according to the personal data processing.
According to the mentioned law, the personal data process have to be managed according to accuracy, lawfulness and transparency values to preserve its own discretion and rights.
The information you provided us with are going to be processed according to the following aim:
- to fulfill the obligations required by the law, by any rule o by the European Community and international laws
- to perform our personnel selection and recruiting operations.
The data process of your personal data will be handled from the people in charge for this process using also our software system.
The data entry is optional; in lack of some data or the consent to process, we will not be able to follow with the personnel selection and recruiting operations.
In every occasion, the data process will be done in order to guarantee the discretion and privacy.
According to the art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal data access and other rights) you have the right to access to your data also asking for upgrading, changes, integration and, requiring the data, cancellation, transformation to anonymous status or data block.
You will be entitled to enforce your rights at any time, according to the art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
ART. 7 (Personal data access and other rights)
1. The entitled person has the right to get a confirmation concerning the existence or not of his own personal data even if, not already registered and its own transmission in a intelligible form
2. The entitled person has the right to get information concerning:
a) personal data origin
b) reasons and processing method
c) the method applied according to electronic equipment support
d) the owner, management and person in charge personal data
e) information about legitimate persons and companies to which the personal data can be transmitted or those who can know as entitled person in the State territory, of person in charge
3. The entitled person has the right to ask for:
a) upgrading, changing as well as if it has any interest in, integration data
b) cancellation, transformation to anonymous status or block of the processed data in violation of law, including those for which the storage is not necessary according to the reasons for which they have been received or processed
c) a written confirmation stating that the operations concerning the above mentioned a) and b) letters have been communicated,
also concerning their contents, to all the people to which the personal data have been sent unless when it is impossible or doing it, requires an effort really much bigger than the right protection.
4. The entitled person has the right to be opposed, partially or totally:
a) for lawfully reasons to his personal data process
b) to the personal data process concerning advertising support sending or direct sales or market research or commercial messages.
