These kind of domestic and international deliveries are only available for specific Kind and Quantity of Goods/Documents to ship and, just from specific Zip Codes/Places/Countries to specific Zip Codes/Places/Countries.

In lack of punctual delivery at a specific requested day and time, a refund is available according to the specific express courier and service employed.

Before managing this kind of (more expensive) shipments for you, we will check for the availability and we wil supply you with all the concerning information.

It is possible to ask for a Cash on Delivery shipment on both the Italian and most part of the European countries.

While asking for a Cash on Delivery, it is possible to require a “CERTIFIED” payment (such as cash and/or certified checks) or, “OF ANY KIND” of payment (such as cash, certified checks, bank account’s checks, postal office checks, etc…).

Cash on Delivery shipments are the system that best guarantees both the sender and the consignee the success of the sale. However, it should be noted that

To the Receiver:
It is not allowed to verify the content of the shipment before the concerning payment have been done
It is not allowed to claim against the person/company handling the delivery for obligations and/or responsibilities regarding the correspondence of the content of the shipment with what the purchase was and,

To the Seller:
Is required to pay for the Cash on Delivery surcharge and all the surcharges for storage, new delivery attempts (when the consignee was not at home at first attempt) or return to sender, if any
The amount collected during the delivery, will be paid about 15-20 days after the delivery.

If we handle a shipment not collecting the required amount on delivery, we will be considered as responsible for it and we will pay for the uncollected amount to the shipper.
